To contribute, fill in the form below for the workouts we have in the site. If a workout is missing, please use the contact form to let us know and please send us as much info as possible.
A few guidelines:
- Please provide as much links and info as possible when submitting your workout. We'll verify your submission and the more the merrier.
- Videos are welcome and encouraged.
- Submissions with poor information or videos that wouldn't pass the Crossfit HQ standards will be discarded.
- If you want to be part our leader board (soon), please login or register before your submission so it can go against your profile.
